ISO 9001:2000ÍÀÑÑР ERA-ELIT 3 Ltd. possesses European standard ISO 9001:2000 (#BG05/351QA) and has integrated a system for quality and safety control of the food products HACCP (#BG05/351HC).

  An integrated system for quality and safely management of the produced & sold food products has been developed, documented, adopted and is being supported in the Associate Company. It is based on the principles of HACCP and the approved policy of the management and is constantly being improved and modernized.

  Main principles of the HACCP system:
  1. Danger analyses.
  2. Defining of critical control points.
  3. Settling of critical limits for every critical control point.
  4. Implanting of monitoring system.
  5. Implanting of correcting activities.
  6. Implanting of procedures for verification of the HACCP system.
  7. Developing of documentation of the HACCP system and storage of the records.

  The system for the food safety management includes and is applied to all food products from the article list of ERA-ELIT 3 Ltd., the production and food trading.

  By the applying and the updating of the HACCP system, ERA-ELIT 3 Ltd. insures adequacy in the policy, in the requirements of the consumers, in the normative requirements regarding the safety of the produced, transported and sold food products:

  • packed - legumes, sugar, salt, flour
  • bottled - oil, vinegar
  • nuts and other food products

  By the applying of the HACCP system the organization insures identification, valuation and control over the dangers in a way that its products do not harm in any way the consumers.
