Pearly Rice CLIO
  Due to its special processing, Pearly Rice Clio has an exceptionally pearly-white colour and unique flavour. Unlike the other sorts of rice, the Pearly rice grains do not paste together after boiling and become sparkling white and plump. It is especially suitable for risotto, paella and all kinds of baked dishes and desserts and does not need picking.
  The recommendable cooking ratio is: 1 (rice): 6 (water). Boiling time: 20 minutes.
