| Peach Compote CLIO |
Preserved peach halves, poured on with sugar syrup. The sorts that are used are with equal size of the fruit, and equally orange colour. The fruits are without spots and with easy to remove stones.
Hermetically sealed in “Twist – off” jars and sterilized. They are used for direct consumption, and for the preparing of pastry and deserts.
